Information for your safety and T&Cs
These apply to every guest
*Due to the unprecedented dry weather, all solid fuel fires are currently not permitted.
If using a gas BBQ, please take extra care and have easy access to our provided fire fighting equipment.
Festival only:
All vehicles, equipment, awnings, gazebos etc. must fit within your allocated pitch area
Dogs not permitted on site over festival period
Visits onto site from non-camping family/friends must be by prior arrangement
At all times:
• Please familiarise yourselves with the site during daylight hours so you are aware of layout, steps, paths, boundaries and fencing
• Fire equipment, sand/water buckets, extinguishers and alarms are available in two locations; by the entrance divide of the two fields and at the back of the top field
• The designated fire assembly point is located on the grassed sand school area where the waste bins are positioned
• The campsite is located on a very heavy clay based soil, which, in extreme weather conditions, is prone to cracking (dry) and flooding (wet). Extra precautions may be needed during these conditions.
• Dogs must be kept on a lead or tethered at all times for the safety of livestock
• Clean up after your dog
• Children must be supervised at all times
• Please ensure you observe a minimum two meter fire break between neighbouring pitches
• The dedicated three meter access for emergency vehicles must remain clear at all times
• Campsite speed limit of 5 miles an hour to be observed at all times
• Please be respectful to fellow neighbours and guests, keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10pm and 6am
• BBQs and campfires are permitted if raised off the ground.
• Please use the available ELSAN point for emptying grey and chemical waste, no other drains.
• Toilets, shower block, wash up area to be left clean and tidy.
• We accept no responsibility for loss, theft, damage or injury to any member of your party, vehicles, valuables or possessions.
• Pay good care and attention when walking on fields. Clay soil if prone to cracking. Use the walkways wherever possible and use a torch or light when walking in the dark.
• Injuries or potential hazards must be reported to a member of the Mill Meadows Team immediately.
• Please be aware overhead power lines cross the field. Pay extra attention to flag poles, kites, drones etc.
• Admittance into the closed off poly tunnel area is strictly forbidden. This area is a fully functioning Bee Apiary and must not be disturbed for the safety of yourselves, fellow campers and the bees
• We reserve the right to remove any guest who we deem not adhering to site rules and T&Cs, or to be acting in an inappropriate manner.
• On departure, the site should be left clean and tidy, clear of rubbish and take all possessions with you.
